The AABIP would like to invite you to attend the first Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ) in Advanced Diagnostic Bronchoscopy Review Course on August 14th, 2019 (7.30 am – 5.00 pm) at the Denver Convention Center, Colorado. This course will coincide with the upcoming AABIP Conference.
This review course for the CAQ Knowledge Assessment Test will offer interactive and clinical vignette-based didactic learning in advance of the first CAQ Knowledge Assessment Test which will be held in the Fall of 2019. A wide range of topics related to diagnostic bronchoscopy will be covered including thoracic anatomy, procedural outcomes, management of complications, and the use of advanced diagnostic procedures such as linear and radial EBUS and navigation bronchoscopy for the diagnosis and staging of lung cancer and workup of other pulmonary diseases. There will be no hands-on workshops during this review course. This review course is recommended for pulmonologists preparing for the CAQ as well as anyone who desires an up-to-date review of advanced diagnostic bronchoscopy best practices.
