The number of data elements in the wRVU and Salary are small but remain valuable in giving you a glimpse of how your peers are practicing and being compensated throughout the country.

The compensation/salary data are presented as averages and don’t take into consideration geographical factors or cost of living. Salary ranges are vastly different between the Northeast and Southwest regions for example. Therefore, you must interpret these numbers with caution.  We will incorporate geographic factors in future surveys.
